An online checkout with credit-card processing and digital certificate delivery is on our roadmap. Until then, the personal-touch version works just as well, and a lot of customers actually prefer it - especially for gifts where amount, wording, or delivery timing needs a conversation.

What happens next
Same business day (or next business day if submitted after hours), we'll reach out to confirm the details, process payment, and arrange the certificate. You can have it delivered as a printed card, an emailed PDF, or both. Gift certificates never expire - the recipient can redeem it whenever they're ready.

Things buyers usually want to know before they request.
Can I choose any dollar amount?
Yes. Gift certificates are available in any denomination - we don't have fixed tiers. Pick the amount that fits the occasion. Common ranges are $150 (one maintenance cleaning), $300-$500 (deep clean or a few maintenance visits), and $800+ (carpet + cleaning combo or a full year of recurring service). If you're not sure, tell us on the form and we'll suggest an amount based on what you want the recipient to be able to do with it.
What services can the certificate be used for?
Any Lambert service. The recipient picks. Maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, post-construction, carpet cleaning, upholstery, tile & grout, window cleaning, soft washing, or roof cleaning - all of it. Business cleaning too. The certificate is a credit toward whatever service the recipient actually wants.
How fast can I get it?
Same business day for digital delivery if you submit before 3 PM. If you're buying a last-minute Mother's Day or Father's Day gift, call us at (540) 324-9104 and we can turn it around in under an hour during business hours. Printed/mailed certificates take 2-5 business days depending on where you are.
Digital or printed?
Either - or both. Digital (PDF) is delivered by email, personalized with the recipient's name and your message if you want one. Printed is a physical gift card we mail to the address you specify (or to you, so you can hand it over in person). We can also do both - a printed card you give on the day, plus a PDF backup in case it gets misplaced.
Does the certificate expire?
No. Gift certificates don't expire. The recipient can redeem it whenever they're ready - this week, this year, or three years from now. We keep a record indefinitely. That matters for gifts given during life transitions (new baby, post-surgery, a move) when the recipient may not want a cleaner showing up the next week.
Can I stay anonymous?
Yes, if that's what you want. We can deliver the certificate to the recipient with just a first name, a made-up name, or no name at all. Tell us on the request form and we'll handle it discreetly.
What if the recipient needs more than the certificate covers?
They pay the difference at time of service. If you give a $200 certificate and they book a $350 deep clean, they pay $150 directly to us. The certificate doesn't have to cover the full job.
What if I need to cancel or refund?
If we haven't delivered the certificate to the recipient yet, we can refund in full. If the recipient has received it but hasn't redeemed it, we work with you both to sort it out - usually a refund or a swap to a different gift. Once a service has been rendered against the certificate, that portion isn't refundable, but any unused balance can be.
