What is Lambert Cleaning's full service area?
We cover the central Shenandoah Valley across five counties: Augusta, Rockingham, Rockbridge, Albemarle, and Nelson. That includes Staunton, Waynesboro, Harrisonburg, Lexington, Charlottesville, Fishersville, Stuarts Draft, Verona, Crozet, Bridgewater, Timberville, Grottoes, Massanutten, Scottsville, Wintergreen, and every small town and country road in between.
Do you charge extra for travel outside Staunton?
For most of our service area, no. Travel is built into our standard pricing for cities within a reasonable drive of our Staunton office. For the outer edges of the five-county area (some parts of Nelson or rural Rockbridge), we may add a small travel charge to cover drive time - but we always tell you upfront, never as a surprise at the end of the job.
How far is too far for Lambert to travel?
Our five-county area is the limit. We don't service Roanoke, Lynchburg, Richmond, or the DC/Fredericksburg corridor - those are outside our range. If you're in the central Shenandoah Valley from Lexington to Harrisonburg, Blue Ridge to North Mountain, and east to Charlottesville, we reach you.
My town isn't on your city list. Can you still service me?
Almost certainly yes. We have landing pages for ~60 cities but we service every town within our five-county area. If you're in Augusta, Rockingham, Rockbridge, Albemarle, or Nelson County and we haven't built a dedicated page for your town yet, give us a call at (540) 324-9104 - we'll confirm in under a minute.
Do you service rural or remote properties?
Yes. Some of our longest-tenured customers are on rural routes with long driveways, well water, and pasture views. If you have a physical address we can find and a driveway we can fit a van into, we can service you. Farmhouses, cabins, ridgetop homes, and working farms are all part of our regular route.
How quickly can you get to my home for a first visit?
Usually within 1-2 weeks for a first maintenance or deep clean, depending on the season. Move-out cleans and post-construction cleans can often be scheduled sooner. Peak spring cleaning season (March-May) and pre-holiday (November) book up fastest - the earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have.
